Contra Costs Workshop on Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants

Join us for a workshop on Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants (EECBG) in Contra Costa county.  We have a great line up of speakers from: QuEST, PG&E, Myers Nave, and Strategic Energy Innovations.

Our goal is to gather to discuss the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants (EECBG): Planning and strategy development, leveraging resources, getting the most out of your monies, partnership opportunties, next steps, and what are the opportunities for the smaller (<35 K population) cities.

We will help you identify tools and resources for innovative energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reductions programs, and touch on examples of local leadership in implementing effective clean energy and climate projects.

All local government decision makers (elected and staff members) are invited to attend!

Similar in format to our last gathering:, the event is FREE.

We will feature a mix of speakers, along with LOTS of resources, and ample time for peer to peer questions, answers and networking.

May 28th from 9 to noon, at the Walnut Creek City Hall, 3rd Floor Conference Room.
