MARIN CLEAN ENERGY LAUNCH CELEBRATION

Marin Clean Energy, the first Community Choice Energy program in California, will begin delivering electricity on May 7, 2010. After all these years of blood, sweat and tears, this is "Mission Accomplished!"

The event to celebrate this occasion, hosted by MCE, will be outdoors at the Lagoon at the Marin Civic Center on May 7- between 1 and 3 PM. State Senator Mark Leno, a Community Choice Energy hero, will be giving a State commendation to Marin County and Supervisor Charles McGlashan, the man who has done so much to bring MCE to life, in recognition of this landmark. We expect significant media attendance.
