Haf-time Organizer
The Local Clean Energy Alliance (LCEA) is the Bay Area's largest clean energy coalition, with 90 affiliated member organizations, including environmental justice, social justice, environmental, business, and community groups. The mission of the LCEA is to promote the equitable development and democratization of local renewable energy resources as key to addressing climate change and building sustainable and resilient communities.
The LCEA seeks a motivated half-time staff Organizer to provide key assistance with our advocacy for Community Choice energy programs. We’re looking for a skilled clean energy organizer who is politically savvy, creative, a strategic thinker, and passionate about the environment and social justice. This position is based at the office of the LCEA’s host organization, Bay Localize*, in downtown Oakland and is supervised by the LCEA Coordinator.
