Big Action This Week: Help us stop the PG&E Wall St. Deal!

(05/2020) Governor Newsom's PGE plan is moving forward- and unless we stand up to it, we'll leave our energy, our health and our safety in the hands of Wall St., and not in the hands of the people.
LCEA and the Reclaim Our Power Utility Justice Campaign is fighting to shape a better solution to PGE's bankruptcy - one that would protect wildfire survivors, rein in PGE's Wall St. tricks, and lay the groundwork for a safe, reliable, renewable energy system.

The CPUC is meeting on Thursday May 7th at 10 am, and we need your voice before then!

With fire season around the corner, we need a utility that protects our communities, and puts our health and safety in the hands of the people, not Wall St. We won’t accept a plan that sets us up to pay more on our bills, while guaranteeing that PG&E will shut off our power again and again.
Things are moving fast, and this decision will be made very soon, and the impacts will be felt for generations. We can’t wait for PGE to cause another deadly fire for real transformational change. Take action now!
